  3. Depart for The Lane Winery by coach at 12.00 pm
  4. Arrive at The Lane Winery 12.30 pm

Wine tasting, lunch and tour of the winery. The Lane Vineyard is located in a most beautiful setting. The elevated Bistro enables diners to take in stunning views across the vineyards to the magnificent rolling hills as far as the eye can see. An alfresco dining area beckons in summer, in winter a wood fire invites you inside.

The Cellar Door and Bistro is stylish and modern. Award winning chef Glen Carr has designed a menu that reflects fresh, regional seasonal produce.

The environmentally responsible small batch winery is one of the newest in Australia producing outstanding single vineyard wines. Conceived in France and created in the Adelaide Hills, The Lane wines are neither European nor Australian in style, rather the best of both worlds. These wines have the structure and finesse of Europe's best, complimented by intense fine fruit flavours and spice, a product of Australian sunlight and the terroir of The Lane.

  5. Depart at 4.00 pm by coach for  Hahndorf

Time for relaxation and a stroll around Hahndorf. One of the Adelaide Hills's most famous towns, Hahndorf is Australia's oldest surviving German settlement. There's still a strong German flavour in Hahndorf, most evident in the smallgoods outlets and German bakeries that line the bustling main street. It is characterised by beautiful shady, tree-lined streets, lots of advertisements and shop signs in Teutonic script.

  6. Depart by coach for Mount Lofty Summit

Mount Lofty is the highest point south of the Flinders Ranges. At 710 metres above sea level the summit landing provides you with breathtaking views of the cities landmarks, and coastline - extending as far as Kangaroo Island, more than 100 kilometres away on clear days.
